These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tanko application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using Tanko, you agree to these Terms.
Tanko is a private offline fitness journal designed for recording workouts, meals, progress notes, photos, and personal fitness memories.

All journal content created in Tanko is intended for private use on your device.
Tanko allows you to create personal content including journal entries, photos, captions, tags, and generated cards.
You retain ownership of the content you create and store within Tanko.

Because Tanko does not provide cloud synchronization or public sharing, your content remains primarily under your control on your device.
Tanko may include built-in sample posts and fictional demo personas to help users understand application features.

Removing demo content does not affect your own journal entries, generated cards, or purchased points.
Tanko provides optional consumable In-App Purchases through Apple's App Store.
Purchased points are used only for additional Tag, Week, and Month card generation after the free allowance.
Points are digital consumable goods.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system and are subject to Apple's applicable terms.
Tanko provides an initial free allowance for creating cards.
After the free allowance has been used, additional card generation may require points.

Tanko is designed as a personal tracking and journaling tool.
Information recorded in Tanko should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare guidance.

Tanko stores personal journal information locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and protecting access to your personal information.
We recommend using available device security features, including:
Tanko cannot recover locally stored information if it is removed due to device loss, deletion of the application, device damage, or operating system actions.
Tanko may request system permissions only when a related feature requires access.
Used when you choose to capture photos for journal entries.
Used when you select images or export generated cards.
Used only for optional voice note features when enabled by you.
Used for optional personal journal reminders.
App Tracking Transparency permission may be requested only if required by Apple's framework and only with user consent.
You agree not to misuse Tanko or attempt to:

No ownership rights are transferred to you by downloading or using the application.

You may stop using Tanko at any time by deleting the application from your device.
